Beachside Half Marathon

The fourth annual Beachside Half Marathon, plus a 10K run/walk, will take place starting at 6:30 a.m. Oct. 13 at Riverside Park in Vero Beach. Registration opens at 5:30 a.m.

Proceeds will benefit the Indian RIver County Health Start Coalition.

Costs are: $75-$85 for the half marathon; $40-$50 for the 10K run, depending upon when you register.

There will be a free continental breakfast and health and fitness expo from 8 a.m. to noon.
